FAQ

Q: How do I install the Oxygen patch?
A: Detailed instructions in the readme file. Basically: (1) terminate MSN messenger by the 'exit' command when you right click on the icon in the system tray. (2) Make sure that the destination of the patch is correct. (3) Start MSN normally.

Q: Is the Oxygen patch compatible with MSN Plus?
A: Yes. We have sucessfully tested the patch in conjunction with MSN Plus. MSN must be patched after MSN Plus is installed, follow the instructions found here.

Q: I found a bug, what should I do?
A: Check this page, then email the report to me.

Q: I get an Error. What should I do.
A: This is nothing to worry about. Sometimes the patch conflicts with other previous patches. Simply reinstall Messenger, install the MegaPatch, and then install any other patch you had.

Q: The Patch isn't working. Why?
A: Well there are a few reasons.
1- Did you EXIT messenger while applying the patch?
2- Have you installed any other patch? That might be the cause of conflict so you will have to reinstall MSN6 and then apply the patch. [GET IT HERE]

Q: Is this the Final Patch?
A: No this isn't. It's just a first version.
